Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a Kommercio account, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the service. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you're telling us you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

Kommercio is a multi-tenant commerce platform: admin, storefront, page builder, webhook infrastructure. Features and limits depend on the plan you're on. We publish material changes to core capabilities in the changelog.

3. Accounts

  • Keep your login credentials secure; notify us immediately if compromised.
  • One account per legal entity unless otherwise agreed.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, abuse, or security risk.

4. Fees & billing

Fees are listed at kommercio.io/#pricing at sign-up. Billing runs monthly or annually; fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Overages (storage, bandwidth, seats) are charged per the plan schedule.

5. Free trials

Trials run for the period shown on sign-up. No card required. At the end of the trial, service pauses unless a paid plan is selected — data is retained per the privacy policy.

6. Acceptable use

  • No illegal goods or services.
  • No circumvention of tax, customs, or export regulations.
  • No malware, phishing, or spam.
  • No reverse engineering or scraping of the platform itself.
  • No workloads designed to degrade shared infrastructure.

7. Content & IP

You own your content. You grant Kommercio a licence to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service. We own the platform, including any modifications we make to it in the course of operating it.

8. Third-party services

Kommercio integrates with identity (Clerk), billing (Core / OnlyTrade), payments (Stripe), and AI (Anthropic). Use of those integrations is subject to those vendors' own terms.

9. Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly availability during pre-GA and 99.9% at GA. Live status is at /status. Scheduled maintenance is announced in the coordination log at least 24h in advance when possible.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days' notice. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted per the privacy policy.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kommercio's total liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
