Kommercio · Pay

Take money without a stack.

Stripe is fine. But the gap between checkout and the journal is where most platforms leak cash and blow reconciliations. Kommercio Pay starts with a first-class Stripe integration and evolves towards direct acquiring — with the accounting, refund, and trade credit paths already wired.
Stripe Checkout today
One integration covers cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and local European methods. Plug in your keys and go.
Signed webhooks
HMAC-SHA256 over raw body with dual-secret 24h rotation. Idempotency-keyed so retries never double-charge.
Trade credit (planned)
Invoice-on-account for signed-in wholesale customers, tracked in the accounting module. Roadmap.
BNPL integrations (planned)
Klarna, Clearpay, and PayPal Pay in 3 — operator-toggled per tenant. Roadmap.
Order state machine
PAID → PICKING → PACKED → SHIPPED → DELIVERED (or CANCELLED). Terminal stages locked, audit-logged.
Refunds & returns
Partial and full refunds with journal posting and customer credit options. Returns flow integrated with stock re-entry.
Trade pricing at checkout
Wholesale tier discount applied and shown in the order totals, with VAT rules honoured for inc/ex display.
No monthly platform fee on Pay
When Kommercio Pay launches as a direct acquirer, the headline will be transparent per-transaction pricing with no monthly minimum.

Status: Stripe Checkout is live in production. Direct acquiring (Kommercio Pay proper) is on the roadmap. See /status for live service health.
